Email [email protected] and a person will read it. Telling us your device, your iOS version and the leaderboard name the game shows for you saves a round trip.

How do I play?

Tap a piece in the tray to pick it up. Turn it with ↺ or ↻ on the ring around it — each tap turns it 60°, or slide one round the ring — and drag it onto the board, where it snaps into the nearest spot that fits. Fill the whole outline to win. On a picture board every piece sits on its own colour.

I paid and did not get my Triangles.

A pack is credited by our server the moment Apple confirms the payment, so a missing pack is usually one that has not finished arriving — reopen the app while online and give it a moment. A purchase interrupted before it reached us finishes on its own the next time you open the app.

Restore purchases in Settings will not bring a pack back: it brings back what your Apple ID still holds — No Ads, All Dailies and Premium — and a pack is spent rather than held. If a pack you paid for has not appeared, email us the date of the purchase and we will find it.

I got a new phone. How do I keep my progress?

Sign in first, on the old phone — Settings, then Account — with Apple or with an email address. Signing in keeps everything you have. Then sign in to the same account on the new phone: your Triangles, your purchases and your progress come with it.

Without an account, your play belongs to an anonymous identifier kept on the old phone. Reinstalling on the same phone keeps it; a new phone starts fresh. Restore purchases still brings back No Ads, All Dailies and Premium on any phone signed in to the same Apple ID.

Can I change my leaderboard name?

Yes — Settings shows your name at the top; tap the pencil. A name is 3 to 16 letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens or underscores, and it must not already be taken. It is public, so don’t use your real name unless you are happy for anyone to see it.

How do I play a Daily I missed?

Open the Daily calendar from Home and pick the day. A missed Daily opens with a few Triangles or with one short video, and it stays open. All Dailies or Premiumopens every past day. A past Daily counts in your record but not on that week’s leaderboard.

How do reminders work?

After a win, the game may offer a daily reminder — one nudge a day, at about the time you play, skipped on a day you have already solved the Daily. An event shows a Remind me button before it opens, for one reminder on its first day. iOS asks your permission the first time.

Change the daily reminder’s time, or turn it off, in Settings → Daily reminder. To stop every notification from the game, turn them off for Triangle Hurdle in your iPhone’s Settings.

How do I stop seeing ads?

No Ads is a one-time purchase that removes the banner and the full-screen ads for good. Premium includes it, with All Dailies and a pack of Triangles.

Videos you choose to watch for a reward — a hint, or a missed Daily — stay available, because they pay you for the time rather than costing you it. You are never required to watch one. Declining ad tracking does not remove ads — it only makes them less targeted.

My solve is not on the leaderboard.

Solves are checked on our server by replaying your moves. One made offline waits on your phone and is sent the next time you are online. A Daily counts on the weekly board only when it is solved on its own day. If you think a solve went missing, email us the board and roughly when you played.

I want my account and data deleted.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It works whether or not you signed in, and it erases what our server holds about you — see section 10 of the privacy policy for what that removes, and the one thing that stays. Deleting the app alone does not.

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] with the leaderboard name the game showed for you.
